A professional contract hauler will deliver, place, block and level your structure. Delivery is free for your structure at your convenience, and we do accept most major credit cards for your structure purchase. We look forward to bringing the vision of your property to life.

Once you have purchased a shed from us, we will come out to evaluate your site and make any recommendations. In some instances, blocking the shed will not work. A gravel pad, concrete pad, or platform would need to be made due to the fall in the yard. 

If you have a Home Owners Association, please check with them to see if they have any restrictions. We deliver up to 40 miles free, and that includes us blocking and leveling the shed.

Access to the desired location of the shed:

  • 8′ wide sheds: will need at least 9′ 6″ clearance on the sides and 13′ clearance height
  • 10′ wide sheds: will need at least 12′ clearance on the sides and 13′ clearance height
  • 12′ wide sheds: will need at least 14′ clearance on the sides and 13′ clearance height

How much room do I need to get our shed in?
That varies depending on the size. A good rule of thumb is to add 2′ to your shed’s width for the clearance. We will come out to evaluate your site after a shed purchase from Garden Traditions.
Can I set my shed on the property line?
It’s never a good idea to set a shed too close to your property edge. Check with your local county for setbacks from property edges and check your Home Owners Association if you have one.
Does Garden Traditions take my fence down or any site recommendations?
We do not. That would be up to the homeowners to have a clear path and ready location for the shed placement.
Can I get an electrical package in my shed?
Garden Traditions does not offer any electrical packages at this time in sheds, only in our gazebos.
What type of methods of payment do you take?
For a shed or gazebo purchase, we require 20% down and the remaining balance due the day of delivery. At this time, we do not offer Rent To Own or In-House Financing.
Do you build on site?
At this time, we do not offer built on-site sheds or shed kits.
Can I pick my shed colors?
You can pick any color options and door/window placement we have for the sheds and gazebos.
Can I order a shed without vinyl siding or paint?
The shed will need to be painted or have siding on it.
